Forrester Research has published a comprehensive Wave report on customer identity and access management (CIAM), naming Gigya a leader in the category.
Gigya earned the highest score in both dimensions of the Wave – Current Offering and Strategy – and has “the largest market presence” in CIAM, according to the report. The report also cites Gigya for its slightly more intuitive and modern analytics and administration, and states that customers praise its CIAM execution, reporting, and broad partner ecosystem.
Other vendors covered in the report are Auth0, ForgeRock, Janrain, LoginRadius, Microsoft, Ping Identity and Salesforce.
